Terms of Service

By accessing or operating software products provided by Coregrade Solutions Ltd (including but not limited to the cloud management portals and the offline CG-CBT testing systems), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to remain fully bound by these Terms of Service.

Coregrade grants educational institutions and licensed business enterprises a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to deploy our software under our active subscription models:

• Local Engines: CBT systems may be run locally on intranets at authorized computer centers to facilitate candidate testing.
• Commercial Restraints: Reverse engineering, copying structural code blocks, or running unlicensed copies of Coregrade test builders is strictly illegal and violates active trade protections.

While our local CBT servers are engineered to guarantee robust offline operations even under complete utility blackouts, central cloud portals have a targeted uptime benchmark of 99.9%. Coregrade accepts no liability for test scores lost due to center hardware malfunctions, improper server backups, or power grid issues out of our engineering scope.

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees or add premium enterprise features with a 30-day notice period to institutional administrators. Continued use of Coregrade systems after adjustments confirms your implicit consent.
